With frothy oat milk using the frother I bought from the middle aisle at Lidl.

I actually like to make myself a big, delicious salad every day with the stuff I buy in Asda right across the road!
I create multi-reality images by integrating photographic elements into AI-generated environments. PEEK is a creative practice for this genre that I’ve invented. I call it multi-reality photography.
This involves purpose-shooting photographic footage, either of people or products, and use my retouching skills to superimpose them into AI-generated environments.
The building and interior are absolutely gorgeous and very well kept. The space itself helps my ideas to flow. I share the space with three fellow creatives. Everyone else in the building is utterly lovely too. It just has a great energy!
The sense of community, combined with the cleanliness and how bright the space is, thanks to the big windows, makes The Bottle Factory a great place to bring my ideas to life.

How do you take your coffee?
Seriously.
Favourite local spot?
Hej Coffee in Rodney Road is a great place for a coffee and a bite.
Hej Coffee turns green beans brown in the most sustainable way.
The Bottle Factory is a stunning building with aesthetics that match our ambitions. As a historic London factory site, we wanted to continue using it for its original purpose with a modern twist.
Our electric roasters, cutting edge technology and low carbon production as a juxtaposition to the building’s heritage. We are proud that we can be part of its history while ensuring its future.
I’m Co-founder of Mahogany Sessions and Mahogany Creative. I collaborate with brands, agencies, and record labels on a range of creative projects and I write and direct films, both about music and beyond.
We have collaborated with some of the biggest brands including Universal Music Group, Sony Music, Warner Music, Spotify, Apple Music, LVMH, OnePlus, Meta, Marriott Hotels, Samsung, Jaguar, Nikon, BMW, Fever and Mahogany.
At The Finest Exotics we curate an extraordinary assortment of the world’s most unique exotic fruits, delivered in high-quality boxes that celebrate diversity and flavour.
Exotic fruits hold rich symbolism across cultures, and we connect deeply with the values of health, togetherness, and adventure that they embody. Our mission is to source only the finest and most distinctive fruits from around the globe, inviting you to embark on a delicious journey of taste and discovery with every box.
The other businesses and people at The Bottle Factory are very friendly and approachable. The building has great facilities, it’s well organised and in a great location.

How do you take your tea?
Milk no sugar (one if I’m hungover)
Home Time Studios capture moments on video with a difference. We aim to get amongst the action and really unearth the essence of a moment.
The Bottle Factory felt like home the moment I stepped foot in there. There’s room to breathe and the building itself provides endless inspiration for me as an artist.
I appreciate the historical value, the beautiful looking space itself and the people.

How do you take your tea?
I drink a lot of coffee. Let’s see —yesterday I’d been at work for 14 hours and probably had six espressos.

The Warehouse Café is about a 5-minute walk away for a tasty breakfast sandwich.
The Small Beer taproom is about a 10-minute walk away for a Friday night post-work beer.
We’re an organic growth marketing company. We basically help brands worldwide gain more organic traffic to their website and convert more of their website visitors into paying customers through optimisation. We conduct A/B testing to earn them coverage from relevant websites and popular publications.
We’re all about innovation, imagination, curiosity, and non-stop learning, tinkering, and testing. We don’t use the same checklists or generic recommendations.
We’re typically brought in for more challenging projects or those requiring out-of-the-box thinking — the kind that large agencies can’t handle or lack the flexibility for. We’re hired for our know-how, creativity, and experience, and that’s exactly what we provide.
The Bottle Factory is a stunning venue and space for our business. It’s friendly, warm, clean and comes with fast internet. The site is also just a 10-minute walk from my home and is also dog-friendly!
What we love about The Bottle Factory is how spacious it is, how full of character the building is and the roof terrace is a lovely feature to unwind at.
We’re a relatively small online marketing agency up against some huge Goliaths — and we see that as a real point of difference. In fact, we’re designed to be small because we love doing the actual work.

How do you take your tea?
I’ll have it with milk please!
Favourite local spot?
There are so many around here! Mine are Viet Quan and Pho Na nearby. There are also lots of spots in Peckham and Bermondsey. There’s Burgess Park a stone’s throw away and…McDonald’s!
JoeBot is a full service production company and image service.
At JoeBot, we focus on creating AI-driven visual content and exploring the use of AI tools. At Comfy Workshops, we offer one-day, cohort-based training designed to help creatives harness the creative power of Stable Diffusion and Flux through ComfyUI.
The Bottle Factory is a really, well serviced building with fast internet and the studios were really impressive. Also, it’s definitely priced well in comparison to other local studios.

How do you take your tea?
I have Yorkshire tea only, milky with no sugar.

Burgess Park is a gorgeous green space within a few minutes’ walk of The Bottle Factory.
Mini Acorns Ltd is in the start-up phase of building GlitterGloss, a small-scale e-commerce nail brand. We are makers of nail art products for a cool community of nail professionals, nail artists and nail enthusiasts across the globe.
The Bottle Factory was the perfect choice to set up operations for Mini Acorns ltd. The bright repurposed studios also function well as a creative space. The roof terrace/breakout spaces/upcoming coffee shop are all great to help reset and recharge during working hours.
It’s set in a great location for transport links to nearby stations. The creative community based here is ideal for connecting and collaborating.
The Bottle Factory’s huge windows allow lots of natural light whilst I work. Studios are easily accessible from the ground floor in this lovely, characterful building. It’s both attractive in the summer and cozy in the winter.
Operations Manager, Thames Distillers
How do you take your tea?
I have coffee (lots of it), white with no sugar.
I love to explore Burgess Park or walk / cycle the Surrey Canal Path down to Peckham. I’d also recommend heading to Mercato Metropolitano at Elephant and Castle for food or the East Street Market for fresh fruit and vegetables.
We love our setup at The Bottle Factory. We knew we wanted to stay in London but also be in a site steeped in heritage and character while being based in a practical site to distil gin. The Bottle Factory gave us all of this. Being part of a community of makers in an area of London which is looking to the future is exciting
The Bottle Factory has charming character, a thriving community and a terrific heritage.
