Stina Smith creates inclusive fashion designs with a focus on sewing education and creativity. Through workshops, online courses, and unique sewing patterns and custom-made fabric, I empower people to explore their personal style and design skills.

I choose The Bottle Factory because I wanted a creative, inspiring environment where I could grow my fashion brand and connect with like-minded people. The energy and the space perfectly match my vision of combining design, teaching, and community in one place.

We are a recruitment company based at the Bottle Factory which specialises in the health and social care sector.

The Bottle Factory was a perfect choice for our business  as it offers proximity to the main road and we love the serenity of the neighbourhood and the breadth and diversity of businesses which have made the Bottle their home.

A little nugget of information about me is that I am a tea person and I  like it with cream and sweetener!

The most important thing that myself and the team like about our new home is just how tidy and well presented it is, especially for our clients!

Our new home is the Bottle Factory and we love being a part of the Bottle Factory as the light is amazing, it’s a wonderfully creative and practical space for our London site. We love it here!

Established in 2002, ESPASSO is committed to conserving Brazil’s rich 20th century design heritage and expanding its global reach, while promoting the new creative generations and today’s leading designers.

We were drawn to the character of the building and feel that its aesthetic aligns well with our brand and collection. The generous space and abundance of natural light were also key factors in our decision.

We appreciate how the building’s history and original character have been thoughtfully preserved. We also appreciate being part of a diverse, creative community that includes other design- and art-focused businesses

We create video design for live events and touring productions. We work on the biggest stages in the world with the biggest names in the music industry, from pop stars to rock stars. Specializing in real-time video content production.

After years of living in Peckham and working in Hoxton, I decided it was time to move everything south of the river. When I visited the gallery space one evening, I instantly knew this charming building would be the perfect new home for Pixels & Noise to flourish.

This involves purpose-shooting photographic footage, either of people or products, and use my retouching skills to superimpose them into AI-generated environments.

The building has a welcoming presence—an oasis just off the chaos of Old Kent Road. The event space serves as another draw, attracting more people to this growing Creative Hub.

Our domiciliary care Agency offers compassionate, high-quality care that helps clients maintain dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. Services range from personal care and medication management to meal preparation and companionship, all personalized to meet the needs of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness, we pride ourselves as truly tailored support to help enhance the quality of life for every client.

With the Bottle Factory, Its affordable rental rates and adaptable space allow us to efficiently manage administrative and operational needs, while its central position in Southwark offers excellent connectivity to healthcare networks and the communities we serve.

WenRui zuò is a London-based creative brand founded by WenRui Fu. WenRui zuò designs and creates homeware products and planters tailored to indoor gardeners. The brand is also dedicated to generating content on plant care and sharing its design and crafting journey.

As a maker, I love that there is a retail park nearby, with a B&Q and Travis Perkins being the most convenient places for me to pick up tools and materials.

I create multi-reality images by integrating photographic elements into AI-generated environments. PEEK is a creative practice for this genre that I’ve invented. I call it multi-reality photography. 

This involves purpose-shooting photographic footage, either of people or products, and use my retouching skills to superimpose them into AI-generated environments.

The building and interior are absolutely gorgeous and very well kept. The space itself helps my ideas to flow. I share the space with three fellow creatives. Everyone else in the building is utterly lovely too. It just has a great energy!

The sense of community, combined with the cleanliness and how bright the space is, thanks to the big windows, makes The Bottle Factory a great place to bring my ideas to life.

Our electric roasters, cutting edge technology and low carbon production as a juxtaposition to the building’s heritage. We are proud that we can be part of its history while ensuring its future.

I’m Co-founder of Mahogany Sessions and Mahogany Creative. I collaborate with brands, agencies, and record labels on a range of creative projects and I write and direct films, both about music and beyond.

Home Time Studios capture moments on video with a difference. We aim to get amongst the action and really unearth the essence of a moment.

What we love about The Bottle Factory is how spacious it is, how full of character the building is and the roof terrace is a lovely feature to unwind at.

JoeBot is a full service production company and image service.

At JoeBot, we focus on creating AI-driven visual content and exploring the use of AI tools. At Comfy Workshops, we offer one-day, cohort-based training designed to help creatives harness the creative power of Stable Diffusion and Flux through ComfyUI.

The Bottle Factory is a really, well serviced building with fast internet and the studios were really impressive. Also, it’s definitely priced well in comparison to other local studios.

Mini Acorns Ltd is in the start-up phase of building GlitterGloss, a small-scale e-commerce nail brand. We are makers of nail art products for a cool community of nail professionals, nail artists and nail enthusiasts across the globe.

The Bottle Factory was the perfect choice to set up operations for Mini Acorns ltd. The bright repurposed studios also function well as a creative space. The roof terrace/breakout spaces/upcoming coffee shop are all great to help reset and recharge during working hours.

It’s set in a great location for transport links to nearby stations. The creative community based here is ideal for connecting and collaborating.

The Bottle Factory’s huge windows allow lots of natural light whilst I work. Studios are easily accessible from the ground floor in this lovely, characterful building. It’s both attractive in the summer and cozy in the winter.

I love to explore Burgess Park or walk / cycle the Surrey Canal Path down to Peckham. I’d also recommend heading to Mercato Metropolitano at Elephant and Castle for food or the East Street Market for fresh fruit and vegetables.

We love our setup at The Bottle Factory. We knew we wanted to stay in London but also be in a site steeped in heritage and character while being based in a practical site to distil gin. The Bottle Factory gave us all of this. Being part of a community of makers in an area of London which is looking to the future is exciting
