At the heart of The Bottle Factory is the 3,444 sq ft event space. As a permanent platform to our creative community, it is dedicated to showcasing the makers and creatives, and the talent of the south London community and beyond.

The Bottle Factory is a stunning venue and space for our business!

It's set in a great location for transport links.

The Bottle Factory has charming character, a thriving community and a terrific heritage!

We have worked with:

The Bottle Factory is located off the main road with its own access, cobbled courtyard. There is space on site for drive-in deliveries. There is limited parking on site, which can be reserved subject to availability and agreement with the Community Manager.

In Unit 4, the maximum headcount capacity of the space is 200 people but there can be options to use additional spaces in conjunction, increasing the capacity significantly.

Three phase power supply is available within Unit 4 to charge up your events.

We are a dry hire venue, but we have a list of preferred suppliers to help with all your AV, catering, security and event dressing requirements. Please chat with the building manager who will signpost you to our preferred supplier list.

Our preferred suppliers know The Bottle Factory’s event space well, supporting you closely with your event booking.

You will need to liaise with The Bottle Factory’s Community Manager, John Whelan.

John will be more than happy to take you through the journey of booking your event. John has a wealth of knowledge of putting on large scale events and project management, and is more than happy to share knowledge and help wherever he can.

Not directly, but we can signpost you to our preferred supplier list who are familiar with the space and know what works best in the building. Thames Distillers – who happen to be our onsite neighbours! – also have a kitchen and preparation space available for hire at an additional cost.

This will depend on the type of event and what the requirements are. Ahead of your event, you’ll be able to arrange access times with Community Manager, John.
